John Fuhr

Business Development, Principal

As a sales and business development professional, John is recognized for his ability to break into new markets, develop strong relationships, and consistently grow opportunities. He has a deep understanding of the business events industry and has proven his success with exponential growth across a number of teams.

 

John’s expertise comes from years of experience within corporate and non-profit organizations. He is a leader in sales and business development efforts throughout the travel, hospitality, and business event service industries. Known for his acute awareness of emerging trends and market conditions, John is a trusted advisor to a national network.

 

John earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University. He is also a member of Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and Corporate Event Marketing Association (CEMA).

Tom Condon

Creative Director, Principal

Tom specializes in creating unique event spaces that deliver fully satisfying user experiences. He provides guidance and direction to the design team while working collaboratively with clients, listening to their needs and goals, then turning their vision into highly effective and appealing solutions. Tom believes that understanding what his clients want attendees to “think, feel and do” is the key to designing truly custom environments that adapt to the ways participants engage with one another and with the event content. 

 

With 30 years of experience, Tom has designed a wide variety of event and conference spaces, including TED, TEDMED, TEDWomen, SxSW, PopTech and CODE. Additionally, he designs trade shows and showrooms for clients in education, as well as the contract furniture and architectural glass industries.

 

Tom is an award-winning, NCIDQ-certified designer. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a BA in Interior Design. In his spare time, Tom is also an accomplished oil painter and has held many gallery shows over the years.

Kim Condon

Director of Experience and Design Thinking, Principal

Throughout her career, Kim integrated her interior design background with sales, marketing, and other business sectors to become your first pick when creating  a team . Her focus and dedication to researching the client and participant ensures the right solution for every event.

 

Kim brings over 30 years of experience to her role at TCondon and is known for solving complex problems through collaborative work and design thinking processes. She is dedicated to the participant experience and believes that the spatial planning at an event can dramatically improve the outcome.

 

Kim is passionate about historical arts and finding new ways to incorporate them in the modern world. She graduated from Michigan State University where she received a BA in Interior Design.

Drew Condon

Studio Director, Senior Associate 

Drew specializes in space planning, client relations, and on-site execution. He works closely with every client to ensure he is creating a space that blends their needs and the architecture of the built space. Throughout his career, Drew has been recognized as the “Swiss Army Knife” of the team.

 

With over 6 years of event and commercial design experience, Drew has built strong relationships with Marriott International, Steelcase, Irwin Seating, and CODE.

 

Drew studied Interior Design and Photography at Kendall College of Art and Design where he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. Outside of work, Drew continues to practice photography, specifically film.

Jay Marsh

Business Development Consultant

Jay has a customer-first mindset and excels at creating, strengthening, and sustaining client relationships. He encourages business event professionals to think differently about their meeting and conference spaces and helps uncover interior design solutions that make a relevant impact.

 

A lifelong hospitality and travel industry professional, Jay has held national sales positions with key hotel brands and the destination marketing organization Visit Dallas. Most recently at Steelcase Event Experiences, he represented innovative meeting environments for the association and corporate markets. 

 

Jay is a member of the Professional Convention Management Association, currently serving on the Diversity and Inclusion Taskforce.  He is also a member of the American Society of Association Executives and serves on the Meetings and Exhibition Council.
